• Communicate with the parties involved to seek and provide feedback on conflict and its resolution:
After the initial “Peace Talk” meeting, the management needs to ensure that the situation is continued to be monitored, analysed and any subsequent feedback from both employees and their colleagues to ensure that the situation is improving. It is important to also gather feedback from colleagues because naturally people who are in conflict will only talk about what make themselves look on the good side. Colleagues, on the other hand, can give information from observer’s point of view which is generally more neutral and more accurate.

• Evaluate and reflect on the situation and effectiveness of the solution:
By getting feedback from all parties, the management will have a better picture of the situation and able to evaluate it. If it seems that there is lack of improvement or the progress is unacceptably slow, the management need to intervene once again and point out what the management think should have been
