Climate change is the unusual change in the average temperature of the earth. This unusual change is primarily due to the burning of fossil fuels, oil and coal. Burning fossil fuels releases carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. These gases act like bricks in a fireplace. They radiate heat in all directions long after the fire goes out. Because of the large amounts of fossil fuels burned each year, there is too much heat radiation. For that reason, the earth’s temperature has risen and will continue to rise, which has a negative impact on ecosystems.

Climate change can be defined as a change in global patterns as a result of carbon dioxide shaped by fossil fuels. Some scientist and politicians argue that Global warming or climate change is mankind’s fault and is the sole contributor to the average increase in temperatures of the Earth. Today, one of the major threats that our planet is facing is the climate change. The temperature of the earth is warming day by day. According to many scientific researches, conducted on climate change have resulted that sudden climatic changes are the cause of global warming in the environment. The term ‘Global Warming’ is defined as the gradual increase in the temperature of the earth’s atmosphere due to the greenhouse effects which results in the corresponding changes in the climate. According to IPCC’s research, Earth’s global temperature is increasing by 1.4 degrees F since 1880. As a result of global warming, there has been occurring imbalance in the environment. The rapid changes in the Earth’s climate are phenomenally impacting how people live on a day to day basis. According to NASA, many scientists claim the biggest issue of climate change is the result of greenhouse gas emissions, and for decades, many organizations and government officials have proposed plans to reduce them and even though they have made huge strides it is still not enough to bring about huge changes for the environment.
