‘Each one of you is a leaders, and you will be asked about your responsibilities’ – Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) .Leadershiatup is the ability and activity undertaken by someone through the chain of command, where this provides them with the resources to lead. However the differ'nce between military and civilian leadership is very much different in a way of how it is managed, standards, values and more. In the military leadership, it may be said as a system of shared values, where the mission of command is mostly based on adaptability, speed of respond and self-discipline. They are also trained leaders with full commitment to their career and self-sacrifice. Meanwhile as for a civilian leadership it is mostly based on interactive and independent decisions. They are seen as a system management work type. Military attorneys have to be legal attorneys, of course, but they then go through special training in order to be well-suited for handling the military code. This Judge Advocate training can allow them to defend “clients” in court-martials, acting much as civilian attorneys do but in a different capacity and for a different code of justice. For an instance, in the Officer Cadets School, the officer cadets are trained both mentally and physically to an extend where the officer cadets cannot believe that they are capable to accomplish the military training program, such as what the officer cadets had done recently and that is the Leadership Exercise (LEDEX). The exercise includes a 24 kilometre walk and run which consist of 9 checkpoints where the officer cadets must complete the task with a time restrictions and limitations that had been given by their respective instructors and
