Many parts of England have seen a reduction in teenage pregnancy rates e.g. Kent, where the local value was 34 and is now 25. However, the rates remain a problem in some areas e.g. Greenwich, Lewisham (www.apho.org.uk).
Looked-after children
The National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) quality standards define best practice for the health and well-being of looked-after children and young people. The standards cover the health and well being of young people and looked after children from birth – 18 years old and care leavers. NICE also sets out how high-quality services should be organised and what high-quality social care should include. It places duty on local authorities to work together and share information introducing local Safeguarding Boards to work collaboratively to safeguard children and young people. This includes the five outcomes of Every Child Matters 2003. The Childcare Act 0f 2006 introduced plans for children aged 0-5 to

Primary research is used to find the needs of the individuals and to collect new data through survey, interviews with individual carer or group of staff members in their workplace or via telephone, email, message.
The children act 1989 has influenced some settings by bringing together several sets of guidance and provided the foundation for many of the standards practitioners sustain and maintain when working with children. The act requires that settings work together in the best interests of the child and form partnerships with parents or carers. It requires settings to have appropriate adult to child ratios and policies and procedures on child protection. This act has had an influence in all areas of practice from planning a curriculum and record keeping. The every child matters framework has
The Childcare Act 2006 which is about duties on local authorities, regulation and inspection for childcare providers in England and other general provisions, could undoubtedly be an excellent foundation for a good quality service for young children.

Tesco has a good progress and their strategy is made up of of five elements:
There have been many different political parties since the beginning of the American political system. A political party is made up of a group of people that share common goals and ideals, and these people work together to help elect people to offices that share these goals to represent them. Political parties work to try to control the government and their ultimate goal is to win as many elections and to gain as many offices as possible.
