Why exercise is important Do you need an emotional lift? Are you worried about heart disease? Do you want to live better and live longer? Exercising is the right way to go. The benefits of exercise to our body are incredible and help maintain a healthy lifestyle. They include preventing diseases, improving stamina, strength and toning, and controlling weight. Dieting can be help you reach your goal faster and is part of exercising as well. You can help your family and others by inspiring to live a healthy lifestyle. The effects will always be positive and they might become an addiction. Everyone will always say that the benefits sound to good to be true and ask how is it possible. Of course, the amount of work you have to do and push your self is a lot that the reward will be the benefits listed. The main thing that will keep you going is your body’s endorphins. It will make exercise become an addiction. Endorphins are pain relievers released by your own body and it is something naturally produced which is the main factor. We do not want to feed our body drugs or unhealthy chemicals. Being active will prevent high blood pressure by boosting high protein lipoprotein. As you age you do not want to deal with health problems and to prevent that, you should start living a healthy lifestyle. Exercising: Exercising is not only beneficial for the individual engaging in it, but for the whole society. Exercising is scientifically proven to lower disease and improve happiness. When a society is more happy they engage in more positive behavior. A society that is more engaged will more likely advocate for justice and the well being of others.
More than half of adults in the United States are considered to be overweight or obese. America is becoming unhealthy and it needs to change. Adults should exercise daily. Daily exercise can stimulate happiness, prevent or delay disease, and affects health positively. First, exercise causes the brain to be more alert which has a positive impact on the human body, creating a great feeling psychologically that can be associated with happiness. The world will be a happier place with happy people. Furthermore, disease is a large epidemic today, but did you know that daily exercise can help prevent or delay disease? Doctors could diagnose their patients sooner rather than later, resulting in a healthier treatment plan and then a healthier Earth. Finally, daily exercise is just an overall helpful key to good health. The less fat an adult has on his body, the healthier he could potentially be. With that being said, hours and hours of physical activity are not needed, but as little as 15 minutes a day could benefit human lifespan. Overall, adults should exercise daily because exercise stimulates happiness, can prevent or delay disease, and affects health positively.

Exercise uses a lot of energy, which the cells derive from oxidising glucose. Meaning that the heart has to work harder to pump more blood throughout the body and the heart has to beat faster in order to achieve a high effort. Exercise can be free, going for a walk/run or doing yoga at home will not cost any money. Group exercise is conducted by a nationally certified instructor. They offer a wide range of various, such as yoga, spin, water aerobics, and cardiovascular endurance. Although group exercise carries many benefits for those participating, it is not for everyone, I can attest to that. Research has shown that moving our bodies makes them healthier and wards off diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and even Alzheimer’s. Yet with all of the scientific data as proof, why is it still so hard to commit to an exercise program?
People nowadays live under the pressure of various problems socially, ecologically and economically among others. They have a lack exercise because they spend most of their time earning money. Plato once said lack of activity will give effect on our body, while physical activity can help us to maintain our health. So, it is better to make time to exercise because exercises bring a lot of advantages to our body. Having a good stamina can strengthen our ability to work throughout the day. Furthermore, exercising can help to prevent coronary diseases, stroke, diabetes, obesity and high blood pressure. By exercising, we can increase our metabolism rate which in turn help in controlling our weight. Many people make excuses that they do not have time to do exercise but actually to get a healthy lifestyle, we only need to exercise at least 30-60 minutes every 3 times a week. While jogging can be a good form of exercise, we also can choose exercise like tabata, yoga, zumba as our exercises which can let us sweat and eliminate the toxic and waste products in the same time. Adding exercises into one’s daily routines can change their whole lifestyle. Many people look at exercise as being something just for people who want to lose weight or to become muscle bound, but there are a great deal of benefits that can be received from exercising regularly. Of course gaining muscle and losing fat are the two most popular reasons that usually attract people to the gym, but they make up a small part of the potential benefits that can be achieved with exercise. There are several ways in which I have benefited in my life from exercising regularly, besides just making me bigger and stronger. It has made me become more organized, helped me make better decisions, and motivated me to take on new challenges in life.
