The effects will always be positive and they might become an addiction. Everyone will always say that the benefits sound to good to be true and ask how is it possible. It will make exercise become an addiction. Endorphins are pain relievers released by your own body and it is something naturally produced which is the main factor. We do not want to feed our body drugs or unhealthy chemicals. Being active will prevent high blood pressure by boosting high protein lipoprotein.
