Every morning when I wake up, I hear the morning bird’s call and the running of the stream. When I’m camping, I wake up around five in the morning. When I step outside, my mom already has my hot cocoa ready, my dad has made breakfast, and there is a chair by the fire with my name on it. Seriously, I sewed my name on my chair, so it literally has my name on it. Sometimes when we’re out camping, my mom let’s us have cookie dough for breakfast. It’s not the healthiest thing to have for breakfast, but it does give us a lot of energy when we’re hiking.
Coming from a family with major and multiple health issues, I’m always trying to stay healthy and keep my body running like a well oiled machine. The best way for me to do that is the weight room. I get my blood flowing by lifting heavy weights and running on the treadmill. I drink a protein shake after words, this makes me feel physically better and a healthier person at all times. It doesn't happen right away, but over time if you keep the effort up in the weight room, you will see results. It will give you stronger attributes and better work effort. After filling out the Schedule of Recent Experience (Wieitan et al., 2009) and Tactics for Coping with Stress (Weitian et al., 2009), it was a shock how much I put my body through. A finalized copy of my results can be observed in Appendix A, and the results of the Schedule of Recent Experience (Weitian et al., 2009) can be viewed in Appendix B. In the outcome, I conducted coping mechanisms such as therapy, exercise, and nutrition. Nutrition has been a challenge as a waitress and full-time student.
