If I wanted to also increase my speed I could run with weights in a bag. The weights will also increase my muscle endurance by getting used to running with heavy strain on them.
To increase my strength and have my muscles more toned I could go the gym Tuesday Thursday and before my run on friday. At the gym I would focus on the areas I want tones the most like abs, calves, chest and bicep. For chest I could do bench press for 3 sets of 8. After every set I could do stretches holding each stretch for 15 seconds do increase my flexibility. For abs I could do plate twist for 3 sets of 8 while still doing the stretches between sets. To increase calves I could do calve step ups with weights until tired. For bicep I do bicep curls for 4 sets of 10. To squat more weight I could try a new leg strengthening exercise to build more muscle till i'm comfortable enough to go more weight on squats.
To increase my body composition I could begin to eat less and healthier food. This could be difficult for me so for a little help I could let my parents know so they can watch me, hold me accountable and maybe give me some good tasting healthy

Enhancing cardiac output allows you to maintain lower heart rates during physical activity. For example, at the start of a program you may have a heart rate of 150 beats per minute while running at a 6 mph pace. After three or more months of training increased cardiac output enables you to sustain the same running intensity at a lower heart rate such as 125 beats per
Winded by grocery shopping or household chores? Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance.
I first would look and see the age ranges of each employee and see what compensation they need to be lifestyle depends. I would gather data on each employee so I can see what compensation would benefit them the best. If I have a lot of employees with children, maybe one of the compensation benefits would be child care or if I have a lot of employees almost about to retire maybe I would need a retirement package or elder care. Also, if I have a lot of employees in school maybe a tuition program. Treating people right is good for the hospital since happy employees are better employees. I also want to be fair as well. I would want to treat my employees the way I would want to be treated. I know how important health care is so I would defiantly have a plan that would fit people needs. I would also provide some way for so employees would not
The brewery will start out with 6 employees which will be the current group of partners creating this plan. The organizational chart in the following section will give a layout of the overall business breakdown. As the business grows and the need arises, we will hire and train future employees to be brewers and will explain and show hands on how to reproduce the product line. Once the product line has been established we will then proceed to hire people to handle distribution of the product to local vendors. This will also lead to the eventual hiring of people to become tour guides for future brewery tours. Our employee base will expand as we our company expands. We will have managers that will be in charge of maintenance, managers in charge of production, managers in charge of bottling, and managers in charge of distribution. These are the major aspects of our daily operation. Maintenance managers will have a group of 5 people and each person will be in

I believe that you are product of your environment and your parents may not have the right information on what you should be eating and how to change their habits. Their lifestyle has affected you dramatically – unfortunately, they have given their bad habits to you and now it’s a vicious cycle. You need to learn the right habits of eating healthy, working out at a gym, joining a sports team, any kind of activity where you get your heart rate up, and hopefully your parents will follow in YOUR footsteps.
Sadly I could not do this for a while after I made that promise to myself because I had to pull my hip flexor. This took me out of all of the lacrosse and restricted me in baseball to only play in the infield. After that injury healed it was the beginning of summer. I started my promise, I started by getting a deck of cards. Every time I would go for a run I would flip over three cards add the up all the cards and would run that many minutes. Along with these, I took conditioning camps all over the area. The hardest being in our own high school with Kelly Foltz, her camp improved all the parts of the body, moving from the core to legs, to arms. This cycle of training by myself ended and gave me a weekend to rest before the first cross country
Stay physically active. It is recommended that you get at least 30 minutes of activity every day.
Max weight and reps will increase after each workout and your body will start to resemble it. It is unbelievably satisfying to beat your previous one rep max, but it feels even better when you can see your body changing from skinny or chubby to chiseled. Lifting weights, like any other exercise, will burn fat, but at the same time it will increase your muscle mass sculpting you into a god like figure. Being muscular is a sign of strength and power and many are attracted to this dominance over other beings. The only shape running will get is thin and twiggy which comes with a sign of weakness and wimpiness. Just the act of running is cowardice because a person should never run, they should stay and face their
The main rule in training is that the body will improve itself in response to how the athlete can shock and develop their system. If the shock is that the muscle ran out of glycogen levels then the body will develop itself to store more glycogen. If the shock is that the runner’s legs could not run any further or faster over time through training they will develop themselves to go that extra speed and distance. This is always the case in an athlete developing their bodies for best results the uses of sport (specific) training in which are movements that develop the body to perform better at a certain sport/task for instance for an athlete developing their cardiovascular strength for the Sixes test doing running and leg related work would help
Having the correct form while running is crucial so you can run faster and longer without getting tired as easily. To acquire higher speed push your legs off the ground while your arms drive you. Arms and legs should coordinate to running. Example
Goal: Continue building a solid foundation with strength exercises to prepare for more advanced workouts.
There are (3) reasons why I have chosen energy drinks as my NAB. First off, there is a growing market for energy drinks. Red Bull and Monster Beverage Corporation, together, form over 80% of domestic energy drinks volumes by estimates. Dollar sales for energy drinks grew almost 6% to $6.67 Billion in measured channels in 2013, which propelled sales growth for convenience stores (Team, 2014). A growing thirst for caffeinated “energy” drinks, which include the likes of Red Bull, Monster, and Rock star, has spurred a heart-thumping surge in sales. Globally, the energy drink industry has gone from a $3.8-billion business in 1999, to a $27.5-billion
