2. User ID: Let user input first name, last name, and birth year,
write a program to create a user ID with the first initial followed by
the first three letters of the last name and last 2 digits of the birth
year. Make sure to have a string variable declared for use ID only
and print this string variable.
Example: Mary Jane, 1956. ID: mjan56 (all lower cases).
