Z = (X ­-μ)/σ

   = (180 – 191)/22.4

   = ­0.49

Z = (X ­ -μ)/σ

   = (190 – 191)/22.4

   = ­0.04

Therefore, using Z-­tables

P [­0.49 < Z < ­0.04] =0.5160 – 0.3121

                                 = 0.2039

                                 = 20.39%

Z = (X ­-μ)/σ
