Algorithm :

1. Input the string from the user.

2. Using findall(), search for the pattern \d*\.\d+|\d in the input string.

3. The output type of the above statement is a list containing all the numbers in the given string.

4. Loop through the list and add the contents to the variable sum to determine the sum of the elements of the list.

5. Print the sum.
