(CarbonFootprint Calculator: Arrays of Function Pointers) Using arrays of function pointers, as you learned in this chapter, you can specify a set of functions that are called with the same types of arguments and return the same type of data. Governments and companies worldwide are becoming increasingly concerned with carbon footprints (annual releases of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere) from buildings burning various types of fuels for heat, vehicles burning fuels for power, and the like. Many scientists blame these greenhouse gases for the phenomenon called global warming. Create three functions that help calculate the carbon footprint of a building, a car and a bicycle, respectively. Each function should input appropriate data from the user then calculate and display the carbon footprint. (Check out a few websites that explain how to calculate carbon footprints.) Each function should receive no parameters and return void. Write a program that
prompts the user to enter the type of carbon footprint to calculate, then calls the corresponding function in the array of function pointers. For each type of carbon footprint, display some identifying information and the object’s carbon footprint.

- c++ Banks offer various types of accounts, such as savings, checking, certificates of deposit, and money market, to attract customers as well as meet their specific needs. Two of the most commonly used accounts are savings and checking. Each of these accounts has various options. For example, you may have a savings account that requires no minimum balance but has a lower interest rate. Similarly, you may have a checking account that limits the number of checks you may write. Another type of account that is used to save money for the long term is certificate of deposit (CD).arrow_forwardC library functions are collection of function declarations saved in C header files. is a macro constant defined by the programmer. all functions defined in a program code by a programmer. programmer-defined functions shared among a team of software engineers.arrow_forwardQuestion 6 Arrays in c++ can contain different data types (a single array with different data types). Formula: Math.PI * (radius * radius) Your program code should contain appropriately named variables. Use documentation to identify various components of your program. Call the function once and pass a radius value of 10.75 to it. Use the starter files and complete the logic to satisfy the instructions. To access the files, download and save the circleArea.zip folder attached to this assignment. Then unzip the compressed folder to reveal the included files: circleArea.html and area.js. Be sure that the two files are in the same folder. Then write your code in the area.js…arrow_forward
