In any organization, there are many employees working and no two employees come from a similar background, places (cities, states, countries), races, religion, etc. Organizations have to ensure that they are treating all their employees as equal. There is diversity in the organization in terms of social and economic backgrounds, also sexual orientation is a very personal matter and all this should not be considered in any organization. All the employees celebrate different festivals and have different dressing sense etc. Hence, in this century the employees are working globally irrespective of any age, religion, gender, etc.
