Subsequently, a small amount of the snow white solid was used to measure a melting point of: 101 deg C (SHARP). Enough of the snow white solid was dissolved in about 1ml of chloroform-d to prepare a very concentrated solution, to which a few drops of TMS were added. Using the Anasazi 60MHz NMR on the Cumberland Campus, proton, C-13 and DEPT NMR spectra were obtained. Give balanced overall reaction.
