A, with size N rows and M columns as arguments and prints the upper half of the array.
The function's prototype should look like this:
void UpperHalf(int**matrix, int rows, int columns)
Hint:
To generate a number between a and b inclusive use this equation:
a + rand ()%(b-a+1)
Remember to deallocate dynamically created memory.
