Question
Write a Java program that implements static method roundSum() so that given 3 ints: a, b, and c; return the sum of their rounded values. We'll round an int value up to the next multiple of 10 if its rightmost digit is 5 or more, so 15 rounds up to 20. Alternately, round down to the previous multiple of 10 if its rightmost digit is less than 5, so 12 rounds down to 10.
roundSum(16, 17, 18) → 50
roundSum(12, 13, 14) → 40
roundSum(6, 4, 4) → 10
The examples of input and output you can see in the picture.
(the code structure should be as in the second picture)

The discount is equal to 15 percent of the cost of the other items, but not the pets. Implement a method: public static void discount (double[] prices, boolean[] isPet, int nItems) The method receives information about a particular sale. For the ith item, prices[i] is the price before any discount, and isPet[i] is true if the item is a pet. - Write a Java program to make two arrays containing random integer values (You can make these arrays with specific sizes using the below makeRandomArray method). The program should sum these two arrays and prints the resulted array (the array that contains the result of the two arrays summing). The program should also show the maximum element of the resulted array. Your program must define and call the following methods to perform the program as illustrated above: 1- A method int [] makeRandomArray(int size ,int a , int b) that makes and returns an array with specific size. The methods fills this array with random integers in a range [a..b] 2- A method public static int findmax(int x[ ]) that finds the maximum value of a number of x array passed to the method. 3- A method public static void printArray(int x[ ]) that prints the elements of the array x passed to the method. 4- A method public int[ ] sumTwoArrays(int x[ ], int y[ ]) that sums the elements of the two arrays(x and y…arrow_forwardIn Python, Solve the locker riddle which reads as follows:Imagine 100 lockers numbered 1 to 100 with 100 students lined up in front of those 100lockers:The first student opens every locker. The second student closes every 2nd locker. The 3rd student changes every 3rd locker; if it’s closed, she opens it; if it’s open, she closes it.The 4th student changes every fourth locker (e.g., 4th, 8th, etc.).The 5th student changes every 5th locker (e.g., 5th, 10th, etc.).That same pattern continues for all 100 students. - Is there a way to create a java program on Branching and selecting method on problems like this? Suppose that we are working for an online service that provides a bulletin board for its users. We would like to give our users the option of filtering out profanity. Suppose that we consider the words cat dog and rabbit to be profane. Write a program that reads a string from the keyboard and test whether the string contain any one of these words. Your program should find words like cAt that differ only in case. Have your program reject only lines that contain one or more of the three words exactly. For example, concatenation is a small category should not be considered profane. This problem can be solved easily. If you add a space to the beginning of the string and a space at the end of the string you only need to check if space cat space or space dog space or space rabbit space is in the string.
