Please use easy logic with proper indentations and comments for understanding!. Coding should be in C++.
1. Write a recursive function named printStars which receives an int parameter. If the parameter is positive, the function prints the given number of asterisks; otherwise the function does nothing. The function does not return a value. Thus, if the printStars(8) is called, ******** (8 asterisks) will be printed. The function must not use a loop of any kind to accomplish its job. Instead, it gets the job done by (recursively) calling itself.

- in c++ with pre and post pseudocode please dont show me the same code from others please thank u Write the simplest program that will demonstrate iteration vs recursion using the following guidelines - Write two primary helper functions - one iterative (IsArrayPrimeIter) and one recursive (IsArrayPrimeRecur) - each of which Takes an array of integers and its size as input params and returns a bool such that 'true' ==> all elements of the array are prime, so the array is prime, 'false' ==> at least one element in array is not prime, so array is not prime. Print out a message "Entering <function_name>" as the first executed statement of each function. Perform the code to test whether every element of the array is a Prime number. Print out a message "Leaving <function_name>" as the last executed statement before returning from the function. Remember - there will be nested loops for the iterative function and there can be no loops at all in the recursive function.…arrow_forwardIN C++arrow_forwardObjective: Practice writing recursive functions in python3 Make the five recursive functions described below in python3 by using the starter code recursive_functions.py. For each function, figure out how to solve it conceptually : write down the base case (when recursion stops) and how each recursive function-call moves towards the base case. The functions should not print anything (except you may add temporary print statements to help debug them). You can test your program by using the provided program test_recursive_functions.py. Don't edit the test program. Put it into the same directory (folder) with your recursive_functions.py and run it. It will import your functions as a module, test your functions, and tell you when each function is returning correct results. 1. Factorial In math, if you have a number n, the factorial function (written n!) computes n x (n-1) x (n-2) x (n-3) x ... x 1. For example: 0! is defined to be 1 1! = 1 2! = 2 x 1=2 3! = 3 x 2 x 1=6 4! = 4 x 3…arrow_forward
- 1. You are to create a well-formed Python recursive function (i.e, there must be a stopping/base case and the recursive case must present a smaller problem), along with a call to that function. 2. Trace your function and call. Remember that you must keep track of memory for each function call and provide output. How would I trace a function? and keep track of its memory for each function call?arrow_forwardWhat is the purpose of the base case in a recursive function? A. The base case starts off the recursive process. B. The base case defines the basis for the function calling itself. C. The base case is what stops the recursive process. D. All of the above are true. E. None of the above are true.arrow_forwardprogram in C++ with the name, towers.cpp which helps to solve the Towers of Hanoi puzzle using this recursive approach.
