Osteoporosis is a disease that affects the bone strength of the individual by making them weak and fragile. The bones get easily broken. Muscular fatigue and bone pain is the most common symptoms of osteoporosis. It is observed both in males and females but is more prominent in females.

The effects of osteoporosis are generally observed at later stages of life, but it starts developing while one is young.
