I can apply what I have learned about understanding cultural bias to my personal, professional,
and academic life by being open to others and their ideas in life.
I can learn more about other
cultures by reading and also attending cultural events.
This will help me understand their biases
better. I can reflect on my past interactions and reactions and make them teachable moments.
Journaling, walking, exercising, and meditation are some ways you can reflect and practice self
and social awareness. Which technique(s) would you like to try, or which technique(s) have you

I would say exercising is a way I can reflect on self and social awareness.
Running calms, me
and helps me think.
I can reflect on times in my life and use them as teachable moments to be
able to increase my social awareness skills.
I would also like to try journaling.
I feel like this
would help me get my feelings out without having to say them out loud to others.
