Introduction Theoretical and conceptual frameworks are concepts used in the research or dissertation and often present a meaning that is interchangeably applied (Theories and frameworks: Introduction). To justify a research project, it is essential to establish a framework that explains the dissertation's structure (Crawford, 2020). A research framework is like a foundation on which research is built. Like a house blueprint, it provides essential support for the study components and clarifies the study context for the reader. A framework is not only used to justify and explain a study to others but also to check the researcher's understanding. A description of the study's design and alignment with the study's problem is provided, as well as how it was conceived, what knowledge it will contribute, and what it will contribute in relation to the topic of the study (Crawford, 2020). A single formal theory makes up a theoretical framework. The theory is the primary tool for comprehending and exploring the research topic when a study is planned around a theoretical framework (Theories and frameworks: Introduction).
