I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Fine Tresses LLC (referred to from hereon in as the "Company") is intended to be established as a
Non-profit Corporation at 2817 Paradise Lane, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80918 with the
expectation of rapid expansion in the hair wig industry. The Company solicits financial backing in
order to be able to introduce its new product (described below).
Business Description
The Company shall be formed as Non-profit Corporation under Colorado state laws and headed by
Khadijah C. Rojas.

The Company will employ 4 full-time employees and 2 part-time employees.

After a period of thorough trial and error, the Company is prepared to introduce the following
product to the market:
Hair wigs and clip-in extensions: Fine Tresses LLC offers customizable hair wigs, clip-in extensions,
and hair bundles. We also offer products to maintain the hair which include, hair caps, glue, glue
removers, hair spray, etc.
Funding Request
The Company requests a total loan of $80,000.00 over the course of 4 years, to be used for the
