I like your explanation on Mass customization how you stated that the process is commonly used in the mass or large batch production and the reference you provided from Lui, 2007, was a timely consideration. Also, your input on face-to-face communication is an interesting read, particularly how you said, face to face communication is a critical part of management and there will be multiple challenges that will arise without the proper use of face to face communication and this is when organizational development tools such as behavior control come into play, nice! Max Weber is one of my favorite fathers on reformation as his writings are a huge part of our reconstruction of bureaucracy.  My favorite reply you gave is “Managers must guide their employees thru growth in the same aspect that the Lord guides Christians through growth.” This is a perfect example that Brian C. Satterlee (2014) says, “Culture is the set of shared attitudes, values goals, and practices that characterized a society, or in the business sense, an organization” (p.42). OMG, this is profound and I love it with the love of the Lord! Keep up the great work!   In conclusion, the strength of this week’s thread from you Jermaine Green is a well written thread. I believe a person strength can also be measured by the constructive criticism given, consequently is placed into adherence. With that said, I concur with Dr. B, “It's difficult to "read" and evaluate a person's reception to your comments in an email.” However, typing in a certain font or using capital letters is a sign of how to tell one typeface from another (Strizver, 2015). According to Strizver (2015) says, “In other cases, especially between text designs – the differences can be subtle and difficult for the less–experienced eye to see.
