Literature Review
a.
The styles of leadership within an organization are vital to execute the vision, purpose, and strategies to achieve corporate goals

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives can influence employees’ work engagement and organizational citizenship behavior, and how organizational justice can mediate this relationship (Farid, T., Iqbal, S., Ma, J., Castro-González, S., Khattak, A., & Khan, M. K., 2019).
ii.
Research suggests that when leaders, as servant leaders, focus on their followers’ needs, this can have a positive effect on organizational functioning (Lee, A., Lyubovnikova, J., Tian, A. W., & Knight, C., 2020).

There are different forms of leadership, such as servant, ethical, authentic, transformational.

Different leadership styles can be used to achieve different goals, and that the right style can help to create a positive and productive work environment (Mauri, T., 2017).

Transformational leadership focuses on inspiring and motivating employees, while servant leadership focuses on serving and empowering employees (Stone, A. G., Russell, R. F., & Patterson, K., 2004).

Proper leadership styles can have a positive effect on how an organization functions. The leadership styles that are executed properly can influence employees’ work engagement and organizational citizenship behavior. Also, the correct leadership styles can be used to achieve different goals, and that the right style can help create a positive and productive work environment. Inspiring, motivating, and empowering employees are strategies that can be used to increased job satisfaction, improved performance, and increased organizational commitment which in the end lead to the vision, purpose, and strategies to achieve corporate goals.
