Name: Nicholas Matthews
Course Code: STEM100 FALL 2022
Date: November 13, 2022
Step 1: Problem
Understanding the impact of Climate Change on DNA
Step 2: Background
The common banana (Cavendish Bananas) is a common and resourceful food, while easy to grow the effects of global warming may have impacts. while the beginning phase of global warming showed an increase in production growth for bananas there may be a tipping point on when bananas can no longer resist the high temperatures and thus reducing yields or completely disappearing. Even disease and deadly funguses don't have as much of an effect as global warming does on these bananas in the future sustainability of them (Vaughan, 2019). If temperatures continue to rise the future for bananas is uncertain
without major GMOs added in out foods. Strawberries on the other hand come from a why diversity of genetics. (Genetics of Strawberry Plants). Due to the large variety of strawberries, there is more of an opportunity to find a less temperature sensitive at variation of the fruit.
Step 3: Question
As global warming has effects on fruits, what fruit produces more DNA strawberries or banana?
Step 4: Hypothesis
Strawberries will produce more DNA due to the abundance of seeds versus that of a banana.
Step 5:
Data
The mixing of all solution
The results of adding the cold ethanol
The result after 1.5 hours

While Jamil reviewed the success stories of various markets and prepared his presentation he thought about the points that would help him convince his top management about this difficult yet exciting launch. If the launch were to happen, what would be the roll-out plan like? Should it be restricted to certain cities/outlets or should it be launched nationally? What would be the menu? What is the right time? Somehow, he knew that that the presentation would be an uphill task.

Project Risk Analysis
Sydney, Australia’s M5 East Tunnel was constructed under strict budgetary and schedule requirements, but given the massive traffic delays now hampering commuters, the requirements may have been excessive.
Due to an inexpensive computer system with a high failure rate, the tunnel’s security cameras frequently fail, requiring the operators to close the tunnel due to inability to react to an accident, fire, or excessive pollution inside the tunnel.
The tunnel was built to handle 70,000 vehicles a day, but it now carries 100,000, so any glitch can cause immediate traffic snarls. A managerial risk analysis, including the risk of overuse, might have anticipated these problems and mandated a more reliable set of computers once the costs of failure had been included.
Required:
As the project manager, discuss the risk management process you think might have identified the danger in using a cheap computer system
Discuss the type of risk analysis approach you think would…

Wheelco, Inc. manufactures automobile and truck wheels. The company produces four basic, high-volume wheels used by each of the large automobile and pickup truck manufacturers. Wheelco also has two specialty wheel lines. These are fancy,
complicated wheels used in expensive sports cars.
Lately, Wheelco's profits have been declining. Foreign competitors have been undercutting Wheelco's prices in three of its bread-and-butter product lines, and Wheelco's sales volume and market share have declined. In contrast, Wheelco's specialty
wheels have been selling steadily, although in relatively small numbers, in spite of three recent price increases. At a recent staff meeting, Wheelco's president made the following remarks: "Our profits are going down the tubes, folks. It cost us 29
dollars to manufacture our A22 wheel... That's our best seller, with a volume last year of 17,000 units. But our chief…
