Part A Using the proposed tools and techniques you recommended in Assessment 1, answer the questions below: Question 1: A. Briefly explain the selected convergent tools and techniques for the chosen organisation.
- Social Media It is a highly effective convergent tool in marketing strategies as it can use different media elements as text, images, videos and tons of interactive options for users to connect
and communicate with content creators. - Blogs Like social media, the impact of blogs relies on the different media elements that can be used. On the other hand, the content creation is wider so marketers can create articles, infographics, long videos, with much more information for readers, they are a great transition for viewers from social media. -User Generated Content It gives power to the audience, enabling them to participate with their own content and experiences related to a product or a brand. This kind of content comes as more authentic and real overall. It will resonate with other consumers, strengthening brand trust and loyalty. B.
