Erica Grant Leadership in African American Female Entrepreneurs
Methodology Research Paradigm My research paradigm is post-positivism. This research paradigm reflects my worldview in the way that it is understood that there is not a perfect answer, but multiple answers according to perspective. The research done in regards to African American women entrepreneurs in leadership is another topic in research that has open possibilities of results and knowledge. Iofrida et al. (2018) states that how wide-ranged the results are as well as the efficiency and consequence-based research processes are assets to post-positivism as a research paradigm.
