Chapter 2. LITERATURE SURVEY 2.1: EXISTING AND PROPOSED SYSTEM EXISTING SYSTEM • This existing system is not providing the secure registration and also profile management of all the users properly. • This manual system gives us to very less security for the saving data and some data may be lost due to mismanagement. • This system is not providing intranet based email facility in between users. • This system is not providing any online facility to maintain and process data, hence takes a lot of time to send a request and process it. • This system is not maintaining any user hierarchy. • The system is giving only the less memory usage for the users. PROPOSED SYSTEM The development of this new system contains some following activities, which try to automate the entire all the process keeping in the view of database integration approach. • This system maintains user’s personal, address, and contact details. • User friendliness is provided in the application with various controls provided by system rich user interface. • This system makes the overall project management much easier and flexible. • Various classes have been used for maintain the details of all the users and catalog. • Authentication is provided for this application only registered users can access. • Report generation features is provided using to generate different kind of reports. • This system provides the intranet based email services in between users. • The system provides automatic alert
The intent of this paper is to design and propose a database management system solution to Grandfield College for tracking software installed. I have analyzed the organizational issues and needs and developed conceptual, logical, and physical designs of DBMS solution. In order to implement the solution, substantial research had been done on best practices in design, available products, and the legal and ethical standards to which we must adhere during design. This paper includes Business rules, Conceptual, Logical, and Physical database designs, Recommendations on best DBMS required for Grandfield College, Data model, Legal
Object-Oriented interactive development environments have been chosen as the Software Development Tool for the software of the Frequent Shopper Program. The reason being is this tools shows software through pictures, object modeling, and graphical form which are the developers favorite because it permits the developer to create objects, which can provide future support.
The team of data management will start working on bringing improvements in current library system by referring to the documents created in analysis phase. A new datasets related to patrons will be created and added to the spreadsheets such as Library Id, current job/business, address, interested areas, facebook id,
Also if the system fails, all the information needs to be backed up and saved so it can be easily
In 2015, America had four times the number of prisoners since 1980, roughly from 500,000 to 2.2 million people. The United States today is five percent of the world population, yet it holds twenty-five percent of the world’s prisoners. 4.5 million people are on probation or parole in the US. Altogether, there is a total of about 6.8 million people under some form of correctional control. If one were to combine the number of people in prison and jail with those who are under parole or probation supervision, it would amount to one in every thirty-five adults, which is 2.8 percent of the correctional control population.
I agree Tanya. Race is a major problem, but I don’t believe the system is unfairly targeting a specific race. Evidently, there are those people that are still conditioned to believe in racial stereotypes and may not even realize it. However, I believe the cause of a high incarceration rate is the result of people having a low socioeconomic status. The system as a whole fails as the incarceration rate increases. How are we going to fix that, Welfare? According to my libertarian point of view, welfare should be eliminated. The people who are struggling need to find alternatives such as charity, family, church or any community funded programs. We rely too much on Government. Eliminating welfare will increase community organizing. Welfare has been
They already have an attendance management system we hope to integrate it with new system.
The purpose of this project is to conduct an analysis research into the implementation and management of this business enterprise system. This project deals with developing and upgrading the computer system to handle to daily work load of our business while being able to conduct communication between sites and data back-up. Furthermore, we will analyze other various architectures features such as: system requirements, architecture selection, resources and timeline, security and the
If the user is a Human Resources employee, the system will give them access to certain abilities, actions, and data based on their log-in information, and department serial code. The Human Resource user is outlined below (Figure n). The Human Resource employee will be able to access incoming requests for data and requests for changes of data through a list that looks very
Describe the steps to be taken prior to inputting the data into the computerized system and how you would go about implementing the new system.
New applications will utilize off-the-shelf software components that have been customized per Riordan’s specifications and further messaged to ensure that each application will integrate smoothly with all the others in order to create a single cohesive whole. Great effort will be made to ensure that the data structures used in each are consistent in order to simplify the creation of the enterprise’s database. To help facilitate this, we will create an umbrella application that will integrate each other system as a module. This umbrella application will be extendable as needed and will act as a single-launch point for the various systems utilized by Riordan. We will also be working closely with Riordan’s IT department to develop a bridge that will enable them to easily port their existing databases into the new one automatically.
The system must be easily understood to others who may need access; creating only the records that are necessary, using a sensible and logical naming system, keeping the files and records up to date by sorting them regularly are ways to keep the system productive, simple and efficient. Faster filing and retrieval,
The quality of correctional and criminal justice system interactions is the determining feature of each country’s level of economic and social development. The more controlled and civilized the correctional system is the more civilized and controlled the overall image of the country appears. In the United States, the long history of the penitentiary system has significantly contributed in the improvement of legal principles of corrections and criminal justice: the prison life in the U.S. has lost its negative features, and a range of recovery and rehabilitation programs work to make a prisoner “a better person”. Brazilian system of corrections is surrounded by an array of legal and human rights debates; in the current system of corrections
1. Manual System (Paper Recording). Files are easily accessible and don’t require a computer to be turned on. Manual system cannot be affected by loss of power or hackers cannot access a manual filing system from another computer so it`s more secure.
Since the beginning of big data, there has always been an extensive amount of work required of the database administrators that build and maintain their systems. A trending new technology is making great strides as of lately in reducing the repetitive or mundane tasks that take up the employees’ valuable time. The advent of automation in database maintenance has a promising outlook in making regular procedures more efficient.
