Introduction
In this world of technology there are many things that affect us mentally and physically. According to Moradi (2014) Imagine a life without technology, try to imagine life without our phones being able to wake us up in the morning or without using our computers. It would be so different then what we are used to doing every day. In reality, nowadays everyone relies on technology. A significant measurement of such a structural culture is communication, a particularly channel of communication and investigation (Marsick & Watkins, 1999), this mean such employees join forces by sharing other employees feedback and asking for it in return which built trust. The use of Social media also comprises education through online communication from others. Therefore, sharing knowledge and social interaction rely on two things, inquiry and also culture of dialogue that interacts with social media.

We rely on technology for everything in our lives today. It is hard for us to be more than ten steps away from our phone. Dependence on technology is even evident in Fahrenheit 451. In the novel, the TV is everything to some people. It becomes their friend their family and even their life. They even have technology that butters their toast and medical procedures. We use technology everyday whether it is our phone, laptop, or ipod. We use them every single day all day long. If something was not to work for a single day our society would crash with the absence of technology.
In these days, people get addicted to the technology around that we are not even realize. Although technology is very useful to us, it has more disadvantages than we think. Almost everybody in this world think that technology make life more convenient. It is true!!! But very few realize how technology is going to affect our lives. Technology affects us negatively by decreasing the ability of our brain, consuming more time, and decreasing the life skill ability.
In this world of growing technological dependence we are losing the ability to socialize without the interruptions of technology. Physiological changes, addiction, and saturation of information are just a few of the negative effects that technology can cause to anyone who has used it. Technology is, without a doubt, detrimental if it is not used in moderation.
Technology in today's world affect everyone about the same since we can not live without. The amount of different activities and possibilities to do on the internet using different devices is immense . Whatever you want if it is food, games, or researching something anyone can receive in a matter of seconds. Tammy Kennon who is the author of , “ 5 New Brain Disorders that Were Born Out of the Digital Age” states the negatives about the technology devices that run the world. She tells us about how our patience, attention spans, and memory are all affected due to that fact that we are obsessed with electronics. In today’s world everyone relies on web searches like google to answer a question or do something for them. When a research was conducted by researchers they found out that”[O]ne -Third of them did not even try, reaching for google immediately” this shows how much people rely

In the world today, the development of technology is constantly changing and society is becoming more dependent on the Internet and social media. With a growing number of people using the Internet and social media the advantages and disadvantages become more prevalent. It is important for society to distinguish between the two in order to effectively and safely use the Internet and social media.
Given these points, Technology has many long-term affects that can lead to many problems like over-relying on the internet, not developing our mind the way it was suppose to be, and etc. Like Socrates one said, “ We are exposing our brains to an environment and asking them to do things we weren’t necessarily evolved to do, he said, We know already there are
Many companies are very keen and ready to clinch Work Base Learning in an organization, not mainly because it provide you with lifelong learning, but also it is an important ingredient of what Senge (1990) has termed as the ‘learning organization’. A learning organization is a place in which the learning and flair of persons is backed and promoted so that the organization itself be able to form its future and it also very important to gain competitive advantage.
Technology has helped humanity in almost every aspect of everyday life. It has made life so much easier that it has become almost impossible to live without. In Dr. Richard Restaks “Attention Deficit: The Brain Syndrome of Our Era”, and Alexandra Samuels “Plug In Better’: A Manifesto” they both go into detail on how technology has affected today’s society, and how it has changed human behavior to rely on it to such a degree that people have become addicted to technology as if they need it for their very survival. Both Restak and Samuel talk about how technology has made humanity more connected to each other and yet has also disconnected each other at the same time and to the real world. People use technology so much in their everyday lives to solve problems and to carry out tasks that they no longer control its effects on them, whereas before people had to rely on their own individual talents, skills, and efforts to get tasks completed. Gene therapy and other cutting edge medical techniques like all technology, has incredible life changing potential as well as possible side effects
It's almost as if we can't put down our phones or live without technology. When I was growing up I was still without technology and as I grow older, I have learned to adapt and learn to cope with the world we now live in. I myself have personally noticed some effects this has had on my social, mental and physical abilities, but I was more than likely predisposed to a small attention span due to the fact that mI am indeed someone who suffers from ADHD. Which would make me predisposed to a small attention span, so I can not credit technology for my problem as that would be rather bias. Does that mean everyone is going to suffer certain issues with technology? No, it does not mean everyone will be obese and have smaller attention spans and lose their creativity. We need to stop looking at all the negatives and learn some of the positives and focus on making these things better for my generation, the next generation and multiple generations in the
Learning at an organization is more of a self-conducted activity, and is a continuous process that lasts the entire cycle of the organization and the tenure of the employee. Nevertheless, each organization must effectively employ certain training and development activities for new as well as seasoned employees in order to accomplish different objectives:-
First of all, Technology has affected people in the society by people being on there phone all the time. People’s eyes get messed up from looking at and being on the whole day. On the positive side of phone they do help with math and reflexes on the games kids play. Electronics can distant family members in a household. People in America’s society don’t talk face to face anymore. When people talk to each other they should put their phones down. 80% of America’s people think that it is a waste of time just to down face to face and talk to another person. A lot of people get frustrated when people pull out their phones as soon as they start talking.
Technology being this “great help” comes with its price, may be the users’ mental health. Besides affecting users mental health, the use of technology can also affect physical health, causing Hearing loss, neck strain, and common vision problems. Although this may all be unacceptable the new advancements have made health better in ways occasionally cannot be explained. Organ transplants, cancer treatments have all been medical advancements that cause a difference and help each
Last but not least, technology makes us lazy. Children do not want to read books anymore when they can just run to a computer and get the summary of the book. People are becoming obese because they are not getting out of their homes anymore to exercise because they are glued to Farmville on Facebook. We rather do something easy than actually take the time to do it the long way around. Technology has made the people of the world couch potatoes. We can do everything at a push of a button, and we don’t have to put forth much effort to do the things that we once use to do manually.
Technology has rapidly progressed and has become a big part of everyday life. From cell phones to self-driving cars, technology is relied on every minute of everyday. People are starting to depend on technology so much that soon, they will not be able to do anything themselves. Instead of doing basic things people are texting instead of talking. Selfies instead of socializing. Screens instead of success. Some may say that technology makes life more easier and makes the world a better place, but others disagree. People are too reliant on technology because it causes people to not live in the moment, it causes people to not interact face to face, and it causes loss of basic motor skills.
