In order to increase productivity and learning time in school, administrators should allow students to carry backpacks to their classes. As a result of bringing backpacks to class, students will come to class prepared and organized, with no reason to return to their locker. Often times students forget their supplies and must utilize class time to retrieve the forgotten materials. With backpacks, students will already have their materials with them, eliminating the need to waste class time. Another advantage of allowing backpacks in class is that it will give students plenty of time to use the restroom between classes as opposed to during lecture time. High schools are notoriously larger than middle and elementary schools, therefore the five-minutes

Five people provided interviews to gather the user observations. All five of these people enjoy exercising on a daily basis. The group is comprised of three men and two women. All were interviewed in person with pen and paper for data gathering. The data that was gathered was then interpreted into needs and from that a survey was developed.

Firstly, there are many benefits to participating in physical activity. Grissom’s study of the relationship between physical fitness and learning shows that physical fitness is linked to success and achievement in the

Going to a locker is genuinely inconvenient and can leave students being tardy because they either had troubles with their locker or did not have enough time to go to back and forth to their locker and class. In addition, when students are in such a rush they constantly forget supplies, and it leaves them having to go back to their locker and miss class time. There are numerous reasons for why backpacks should be permitted and why they do have a good use. However, many people may think that backpacks are unsafe, a distraction or are misused. But, all students should not be punished for those who misuse backpacks, only those abusing the use of backpacks should be punished.
I elaborated two tables based on the subjects who do exercise constantly and the subjects who don’t, I present those tables in table 1 (athletic people) and table 2 (people who doesn’t do exercise constantly)
College life is a time full of fun, friends, activities, classes, and homework. All of these activities however, add up to a busy life style. Being busy is not in itself harmful but when the busyness becomes so great that it turns into stress, problems start to arise. The formation of stress leads to many unhealthy trends, such as lack of sleep, loss of immunity to disease, and a change in personality traits. How then can stress in the busy lives of college students be reduced? The answer is a simple one that has long been known; exercise relieves stress. Colleges across the country need to implement a program of required exercise classes to promote the well being of students.
I believe that physical education and health give a unique opportunity to the students to contribute to the overall well-being and student’s development. As a teacher I believe that the most important things that I can teach my students is a love to be physically active because i believe that physical ability will affect every aspect of student’s life including their mental health, academic achievement, self-esteem, social competency and ability to function well in any environment. The purpose of physical education and health class is to provide the concepts of health and skill related fitness in order to create the student with continuous physically active that can promote the development of life long movers. Physical education and health
“Physical education hopes to accomplish, to engage all students, not just the athlete elite, in fun activities that will instill a lifelong commitment to fitness.” (Johnson, 264). Physical education in the classroom can be a vital steeping stone to the way that teenagers think about fitness. Lifelong fitness is something that everyone should be guaranteed, it mainly depends on the experience that a teenager has. Like many other subjects in school, the
The third articles problem in the study is that students involved in athletics always seem to have struggles in their studies especially during college.
