Employers would look for general attributes, specific attributes and personal attributes for the job. Employers would want the employee to have some kind of work experiences in the job that they have applied for. Some employees do offer training for a job. Specific Attributes Technical Knowledge An employer would look for technical knowledge in an employee depending on the job. For example IT Engineer employer would want to employ someone with Computer System knowledge. Depending on the job, the different employers look for variety of knowledge. Some employees may have little knowledge and some may have lots of knowledge. Depending on the job, the employer would want someone with little or lots of knowledge. That would be posted on the job advertisement as requirement for that. Another example would be that an Air hostess would require different language skills so they can communicate in same language as the customers. Employers value these skills because they want their employees to know what they are doing. This makes them independent and reliable so they don’t waste time.
