Ann Wood the current director of marketing for the Consumer Products Division in Norwich Enterprises faced many challenging obstacles during this particular day; she is in charge of three different groups. She supervises the market research in which Joe Jackson is the current manager. She also foresees the marketing strategy and administration department where Brooke Carpenter is the manager, and the Advertising and public relations department.

This report will attempt to analyze the external and internal sectors that affect the company's success. The external analysis will provide opportunities and threats while the internal analysis will show indicators of strength and weakness. It will then follow up with critical issues, strategic alternatives, recommendations and implementation. Kudler is planning to have an annual revenue increase by 5% within 12 months breaking it down to four categories.
