Employment is essential, but being able to procure employment requires certain supporting skills to assist in becoming an employee. One such skill is being able to write a proper résumé. A résumé is an accurate description, providing an employer with information regarding one’s educational accomplishments, work experience, achievements, skills and special knowledge and training. Since a résumé is a business document, it should be professional, concise and free of errors. The main purpose of a résumé is to make employers interested in learning about you, and to get you beyond the initial screening in order to obtain an interview from someone with the power to employ you. (Clague, 2004) With a well written résumé, an applicant will have the advantage of getting ahead of the crowd in obtaining an interview for his or her dream job.
Computers are a tool that we as human beings are learning to use and are accustomed to. Humans are relying on them more and more everyday to get them to their destination or to make an important phone call to mom. Computer software engineers are the people that make the computers and mobile devices able to be used. Without software a computer or mobile device is just a piece of metal or plastic like a paperweight. Windows and Mac OS were designed by these people. Computer software engineers are becoming more needed throughout the computer driven United States and other countries.

Some hiring managers may request potential new hires to complete a task or work on a project to better illustrate their skill set. An employer wants to find a candidate who is self-motivated, excited to be an active participant in company efforts, and willing to put in the extra effort to achieve success in the business. Candidates who keep their composure while simultaneously showcasing their problem-solving skills are often better prepared to work well under pressure and responsibility that might come along with the job.
In the implementation and sustenance of JIT, psychological factors also play a vital role. Little consideration of the complexities involved in psychological pattern of employees and suppliers would reveal a vast field hitherto explored in the manufacturing environment. Every manufacturing practice has two elements; one is the technical element and other is the human element. In this paper, we attempt to understand the criticalities involved in the human element of the JIT practice. For this purpose, we researched upon the various factors affecting the human element and present the information in the following order. Firstly, we list down the factors or characteristics that would enable JIT to be successfully implemented and sustained. Secondly, we attempt to gain in depth understanding these factors thru’ the research work conducted by work psychologist and how these factors behave in molding the implementation. Thirdly, we present how these factors are handled in industries and what are the possible solutions presented by academic and industries entities to tackle the challenges posed by these factors and its relations.
