The first two questions established formality through basic questions such as the reasoning behind the interest in this particular career path and the longevity of the career. As the interviewee started to feel more comfortable the interview took a shift in focus on the learning disabilities that they came across and how they aid in the students’ attentiveness. The notion behind these questions was to understand how they aid students’ concentration level, which was tackled in the latter question. Question 7 focused on what causes discomfort to students while Question 8 asked how such obstacles are tackled in the best manner. Patricia Buttigieg who currently teaches Art and Design at the Alternative Learning Centre. The information gathered from this interview was vital as Ms. Buttigieg has an insight on the daily routine at the ALP and due to the different system of the institute, Ms. Buttigieg provided a solid insight about the system and presented some of the obstacles that teachers are usually faced with in order to keep the students attentive.
In the first Question, Ms. Buttigieg explained ALP’s system, regarding the different various subjects and how ALP differs from the educational system we are accustomed to. Question 2 was directed towards Ms. Buttigieg’s longevity in the ALP while Questions 3 and 4 tackled the layout of the two art rooms and the outdoor courtyard. The interview shifted to Ms.Buttigieg’s teaching experience, the obstacles she faced or what caused the students to distract themselves from what was being taught. Such a question was asked so as to make sure that such elements are not part of the final design of the proposed space. 3.5 Evaluation Stage/Testing
The success of the executed design was tested by re-tracing back to the audience that formed the data of the research. Therefore, the interviewees, Ms. Fava, Ms. Buttigieg and the LSAs shall be shown the design for evaluation. ALP’s administration will also be shown the final design for evaluation. The testing of the final design will be carried out in the form of a physical model and visual renders of the proposed space.

There are 25 major specialties in engineering that are recognized by professional societies. In any one of those 25 specialties, the goal of the engineer is the same. The goal is to be able to come up with a cost effective design that aids people in the tasks they face each day. Whether it be the coffee machine in the morning or the roads and highways we travel, or even the cars we travel in, it was all an idea that started with an engineer. Someone engineered each idea to make it the best solution to a problem. Even though engineer 's goals are similar, there are many different things that engineers do within their selected field of engineering. The lack of consistent laboratory space has led to the adaptation of experiments to be held in my lecture-based classroom. While I provide high engaging, clear and accessible instructional tools/materials, high expectations, and a comfortable learning environment to the students I am limited by the setup of my classroom. The importance of education is seen in the goals of society from the dominance of math and science to launch the space race, to the back-to-basics program in order to improve world education ranking and ensure America as a strong educational nation. As a teacher I hope to enrich the lives of students and educated them to the best of my ability. Furthermore, I hope to set an example for students that is based on respect, truth, honor and fairness. Students come from diverse backgrounds and struggle to reach individual goals. As a teacher, I am obligated to see those challenges and help students set and meet their goals. For students in my classroom, that of an art class, must also deal with expression and individual ideas that will allow students to interpret their surroundings.
I have always found the peer review process to be beneficial on both ends, whether you are the writer or the reader, are being reviewed or are the reviewer. Having multiple sets of eyes proofread your paper should help more than hurt. It is your choice if you want to take the advice your peers gave. You have the option of not making any changes at all, so whether you decide to take the advice or not, it does not hurt to receive them. In Paper One, I found that peer reviewing others was a bit difficult because any comments made could be offending them. I felt that I would come off as criticizing the kind of person one is, instead of one's work since the assignment was to write about something that is personal.
Internal validity of this study included data collection process and student personal interest in education. For example, students may have scored in exam because they concern about their own education. Reliability of this study instrument has not been tested. This is the first time this group will have this survey. There is no former survey to use as a standard to see if there are many changes.
