Introduction If people want to know or learn things about other society or culture. They start to ask or read some books. Here is the translation play the role to obvious things between different societies. Those translators knows what is mean to translate from one language to another. It’s very important to know how to translate. Every language has its own grammar structure, rules and syntax variance. Have a knowledge about two different languages does not mean that you knowing how to translate. Translation is a special skill need a lot of practice and work hard from the person to develop and background culture information.

For these reasons translators need to acquire as many as he could of information of two languages to translate progressive texts and avoid using a regular words that many times make the text unattractive for the reader. Translation have a few difficulties and problems that gain during translation process. During this process, the most particular problems are:
• Problems of source text: unreadable text, spell incorrectly.

Translators must went on stable training to improve their skills. Not thinking on terms of pages, words or days that was work on, but rather taking into account the quality of the done work. They should not forget that the stylistic marks of one language can be immensely different from another. The translators have to do his best to make the original and target text equivalence in translation. Which translation renders the thoughts, notions and words of the original text
Translation and interpreting services - A translator is a person who translates from one language into another. They facilitate written communication which is helpful if a parent wants to show something that is written in their language. An interpreter a person who interprets, especially one who translates speech orally or into sign language.
Language is the skill created in order to communicate with others. In the essay “Translating Translation: Finding the Beginning” by Alberto Alvaro Rios, the author demonstrates his interpretation of language and translation. In “Learning to Read and Write” by Frederick Douglass he explain his own hardships in trying to learn to communicate. Rios focuses more on translations of language, while Douglass expands on the struggle to learn the language. In both essays, the authors give their own experience with communication.

Throughout my collaboration with the organization, I worked on producing an improved English translation of their official website. This has been the longest document I have ever worked on, totaling 31 pages and just over nine thousand words. While working on such a long document, I have noticed various important technical aspects about the process. I have learned that it can be difficult to maintain the consistency of terminology throughout the document, and that it is a good idea to go back through after completing all of the text and revise with an eye for consistency. I also learned that it is very important to revise in general, and to step back and take a break before doing so; when working in two languages at once, it is very easy to get caught up in the details of one or the other. There were many occasions when I was reading over what I had written earlier and I realized that sentence was obviously written in Spanish syntax even though it had English words. Finally, I learned that, even though translation is an individual process, it can be extremely helpful to collaborate with others and ask for a second opinion in order to produce the best possible
Problem areas with translations: Weights, measures, money. Euphemisms. Vocabulary. Wordplays. Grammar and Syntax. Matters of Gender.
Again using the standards of a year 6 pupil within national curriculum, it shows that in relation to transcriptional areas it is clear that this child is quite confident with their spelling and handwriting. There are more strengths than weaknesses. This child has the ability to spell words with a silent letter, such as, like and would. Their ability to use homophones is clearly shown especially in words like would, were, look and wear. However, it was noticed that this child struggled with the homophone their and there, due to incorrectly using this in their writing e.g. ‘this argument is about if their should be’ rather than using there. In their writing only one spelling mistake was noticed, which was about, incorrectly spelt-
Another crucial problem the family has is the dynamic with Joey, Emilia, Hector, and Celia. Due to the fact that Celia has primarily stayed in the home, and as a result cannot speak English, it obstructs her ability to advocate in the fullest capacity for her grandson. One example is how Celia didn’t fully understand that Vicki’s diagnosis of Autism was the reason behind her daughter’s behavior. Some linguists claim that dealing with the process of finding equivalence is the most significant issue existing among translation processes and that is one of the mains principles of Western theory of translation. Translation is a mean of communication and in order for it to be effective it is crucial to establish appropriate equivalence between source and target text. Nida defines translation as “reproducing in the receptor language the closest natural equivalent of the source-language message, first in terms of meaning and secondly in terms of style”. (Nida, 1982, p. 12) It is conspicuous that equivalence is one of basic concepts of translation which cannot be overlooked. This complex phenomenon often becomes a measure which helps to define the process of translation. Number of researches stress on the important role of the equivalence for the translation process and it is hard to hard to overestimate the role of equivalence in translation. Use of equivalence translation help people to understand each other and enables achieving communication goals. Achieving maximum linguistic, grammar and structural equivalence is inevitably linked with certain restrictions and limitations but the skilful use of equivalents can undoubtedly benefit the results of translation act. Originally published in the Wall Street Journal in 2010, Lera Boroditsky’s paper titled “Lost in Translation” analyzes the impact language has on thought. Formatted as more of a persuasive than truth seeking essay, Boroditsky begins by asking the reader if the language a person speaks shapes the way they think. This makes the reader believe as though she is truly trying to find an answer to this inquiry, but as the paper goes on, the reader is mostly introduced to evidence that supports Boroditsky’s stance and she merely touches upon the argument of the opposing side. Although Boroditsky does not include more counterarguments, “Lost in Translation” is a well written article which demonstrates that languages indeed shape the way people think through her use of the Rhetorical Triangle, inductive logic, and her stylistic choices.
Likewise, translation cannot be considered to interact with the reader, seeking to communicate the meaning of the original text as the content is not essential in our appreciation of the text. His question assumes the original and the translation as distinct categories, both of which, for him, are works of art. Apart from carrying messages and prolonging the value of texts, what is unique to translation is its potential to “express the central reciprocal relationship between languages”(72), its kinship to another language and its potential to bring out the pure language where the “mutually exclusive elements among languages can mingle and supplement one another” (74) and where ‘complementary intentions’ between two languages can be communicated. Therefore, the translator should not be restrained by the burden of relaying what the original means. Benjamin claims that “languages are not strangers to one another, but are, a priori and apart from all historical relationships, interrelated in what they want to express” (72).
