Thank you for your time on the phone today. As discussed, I will talk to the coordinators about a new credential expiration notification process I developed, as well as give them guidance on communication with site staff and supporting DONs and their leadership over their sites. I had separate conversations today with Krista and Briana about their account of events. According to their experiences there may have been a misunderstanding. Regardless, you concerns are important to me and I believe developing a step by step process and standard of operations should alleviate the potential for future issues. I want to share those processes with you so you will know what sort of performance to expect at each site. See the attached email I sent out

I haven't attended one of the Engagement Sessions yet, but I am scheduled to come on Friday. I have heard some wonderful things about the information presented. It is my understanding that leadership is asking for feedback about the concerns that employees have here at DSS. This change will make it necessary for The Beacon Day Center to receive additional funding through Gala that will allow an increase in training staff. This change will assist with the restructuring of their current staff and implement roles that will include all responsibilities. One of the barriers that might exist is effective communication for all staff to become agents of change. But this problem could be handled by consistently offering quarterly training to all employees avoid resistance to change. The managers and directors will initiate all necessary changes to make this agenda
I wanted to talk to you before the long weekend and I just realized you were at a meeting. I feel like my concerns may have not been heard or misinterpreted today. I realize we are all on a level playing field with the start of Epic and it is a huge learning curve for everyone.
