Boyd Douglas Has been with CPSI for last 25 years and served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 2006, and has also been a member of the Board of Directors since 2002. Chairman and Chief Financial Officer David a. Dye In past served as President and CEO from 1999 till 2006, and has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2006. He has also previously served in several other positions including Director of Technical Support and Software Implementation Team Manager. Executive Vice President Victor S.
