Apple, a multinational corporation operates across many national boundaries in help to maintain global dominance as one of the world’s most successful corporate businesses. Apple known for their electronic products, including Ipods, Ipads and Iphones, is a well-known American corporation. Any given American would agree that Apple has distinctly brought technology to be a huge part of the American culture. As Apple realized technology drives the American Culture, expanding their efforts in globalizing and outsourcing was almost necessary, for technology had advanced and the need for more Apple products increased. Apple has partnered with many different cultures to globalize and outsource there products across the globe creating exceptional gains. Apple’s success in becoming one of the most successful corporate giants is led to globalization. Through Globalization, Apple was able to master the global value chain by contracting to external parties, where many hands, mostly foreign, help build each individual Apple Product. Even know 90 percent of Apple products are manufactured abroad in other cultures, Apple provides the United States as the biggest winner in this example of Global stratification. Apple one of the biggest United States corporations obtained the ability to cut labor cost and obtain great resources from local cultures. By doing so, Apple was able to provide the United States with the most ever-changing products needed by American Demand, and has spread the American Culture through many other cultures by outsourcing their American Product.
