Interpersonal communication skills of feedback consist of the messages the receiver returns, which allows the sender to know how accurate the message has been received, and the way the information has been transmitted. The feedback can contain both unintentional messages as well as the intentional message. Type of feedback can be differentiated as a verbal statement, facial expression or change in posture of the body that might indicate the sender that the receiver feels uncomfortable with the message. Feedback is essential for the sender because it enhances the sender that the information he wants to deliver to the receiver is understood properly (Anon., n.d.).In a workplace, interpersonal communication skill plays a major role in the development of the workplace because in a workplace an individual must know to share the information and ideas to his staffs to set a goal for the organization. Due to lack of interpersonal skills Managers cannot share meaningful and accurate information with their staff due to which they cannot coordinate well with other staff which can miss leading the information that is transmitted.
