Interview Analysis In the mock interview of Kendra Snow several codes emerged: building relationships with students, parents, and coworkers, student centered, help students reach goals, dedication, enthusiastic, strives for achievement, technology capable, conflict resolution, communication, collaboration, and learning for a lifetime. These codes where they placed into groups so common themes emerge. Group one consisted of student centered, help students reach goals, strive for achievement, conflict resolution, and building relationships with students; these five codes lead to the theme of student empowerment. Two of these themes correlate directly with the mission statement previously created; lifelong learner and student empowerment. A student centered candidate who is a lifelong learner would be able to “provide a safe and effective learning environment in order to develop students with active and creative minds, a sense of worldly understanding, critical thinking skills, self-reliance, a compassion for others and a love of learning.” as stated in the mission statement. Most of the codes and all three of the themes; student empowerment, interpersonal skills, and lifelong learner; were directly addressed in the job application previously created. Interpersonal skills is addressed in the job description as a, “team member willing to collaborate.” Lifelong learner follows along with, “Willing to attend professional development and educational training, pursuing a lifelong learning objective” as stated in the job description. Being able to motivate and engage students is also a big part of the job description and was shown in the theme student
I have had the pleasure of working in many diverse work settings over my lifetime, several of which allowed me to help students with their academic, personal, and social development. Throughout these experiences my persistence, initiative and above all, my desire to serve students has driven my success. I have no doubt these characteristics will continue to drive my success in this program.
As a student affairs practitioner I believe I am a cornerstone of the higher education experience. I have made it my mission to help students be the best version of themselves for the benefit of not only them, but of society at large. I work to help create not only educated students, but also engaged members of a global society.

I am writing this email with a heavy heart and sadness this morning and requesting help in problem-solving this academic situation. Angela Whittekiend, my own mother, graciously allowed me to conduct an interview with her regarding her experience with her first pregnancy. My mom planned both of her pregnancies, she explained that during that time it was just normal to get married and have children. It felt like the right thing to do, so one day my father and her decided to conceive. Neither my mother or my father struggled with infertility, a challenge that 15 percent of parents face, and they were able to easily get pregnant. The peaceful sound of the windchimes awakens the night. The infighting sound of the rain pelting on the beige colored roof, with the trees waving their hands like they just don't care, sets the perfect time for an interview. Over by the window, my mother and I pulled up some chairs and sat at the kitchen table by our vibrant fish tank, to start the interview. Since earlier that day I helped out at her school by setting up her classroom with her, as soon as she got home, she relaxed and changed into her black tank top and some pajama bottoms. A driving objective for a teacher is to affect students to advance their expertise in education by finding them the correct course. The teacher should promote positive motivation and inspiration by adhering to legislation and codes of practice which will increase every student’s focus in developing and bridging gaps to display eagerness towards a healthy broad mindset, creative thinking and brighter approach. A mentor should coordinate assessments which will reinforce the ability to perceive individuals’ abilities and knowledge progressions and moreover support them further to boost their learning capacity to acquire a well-established national standards skill set.

Learning for Life was incorporated in 1991 as a nonprofit organization. We live in a changing world, and the program of Learning for Life was developed to meet the critical needs of our nation’s schools and communities. The program also is designed to support schools and other youth organizations in efforts toward successfully preparing youth on how to handle complexities of society and to help enhance their self-confidence, motivation, and self-worth. Learning for Life programs have influenced national growth for education the program makes academic learning fun and relevant to the child’s real-life situations.
