Actually, I found these three job descriptions quite clear and useful to define the jobs titles because information included is comprehensive, so they give me a general summary of the job itself.
It’s a statement that states the responsibilities and activities that one must perform under a specific position. It’s important to be detailed as hired candidates may not possess certain abilities needed which in return would result in increased expenditure on training and development, therefore it is important to have a good job description ready for the selection process (Chron, 2015). Tesco believes that it gives both the candidate and current employees all the necessary knowledge about the position so that they know what is expected of them. You’ll need to apply to each one individually; there is no general data “pool” where all of the chain’s restaurants look at the same applications. The job requirements and duties may vary slightly from restaurant to restaurant since franchises have different owners. Always ask a manager for clarification if you don’t understand some of the duties or requirements. If you need a job right away, and the restaurant where you want to work has no openings, most managers will accept applications anyway.

The company’s mission and vision is striving to be the world’s best quick service restaurant and formalizing their beliefs into “People, Vision, and People Promise”. “Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value” also became the company’s motto. The company’s first McDonald store was built “in 1940 by the original McDonald brothers, Dick and Mac. Later in 1954, Ray Kroc became the first official franchisee appointed by Dick and Mac McDonald in San Bernardino, California” (Chandiramani, Ravi). Soon after, Mr. Kroc opened his first restaurant in Des Plaines, Illinois, and the McDonald’s corporation was created. The new franchise began to grow rapidly as a result of its

As outlined within Maslow’s “Hierarchy of needs” theory (Armstrong 2006), employees need to feel valued and respected and this is an integral part of what motivates them within the workplace. This value not only needs to be extended to them by the employer (Leat 2007), but also by the society within which they live.
