Describe an example of your leadership experience in which you have positively influenced others , helped resolve disputes or contributed to group efforts over time.

This goals pertained to my ground expectations of where i wished to be upon graduation. And with the knowledge that Ucc would grant me that opportunity eased my heart as well as limited those opinionated facts of off

To have a goal enables a person to do his/her best in whatever they set out to accomplish. Achieving academic excellence in high school has given me a love of learning. This desire for more knowledge propels me towards a college education that will prepare me to do my best in my future. Having the perseverance to become healthier has inspired me to work toward being a dietician. I have chosen this career goal because an increasing number of people in our country are struggling with obesity. In addition to these goals of a higher education and a career path, I would like to be a mother and raise my own family. Family is very important to me because I believe that family has a major influence on one’s personality. Without the influence of my family, I would not be who I am today.

My goal is that my education will prepare me to become a serviceable member of society by using my abilities in order to help lead the improvement of the community. This is my goal because I personally fill that as humans we should try to use our lives to make society a better place than when we arrived.

Why do you believe your background and experience make you the best fit for Fluvanna County Public Schools?

Three reasons I have made getting a college degree one of my goals in life are to be the first generation to go to college, to further my education, and to have something positive going for me. In my first paragraph I'm going to talk about being the first in my generation to go to college and inspire my family members who will come after me. In my second paragraph I will be talking about going to college to further my education and make something of myself. In my last paragraph I will be talking about the positive things I hope to accomplish.

Leadership is using your experience to develop and influence people towards: becoming highly trained, well-rounded individuals, capable of creative thinking, and accomplishing any goal while taking care of each other in the process. I worked for a Chief, when I was a first class, who had the most amazing report with everyone in our shop. He made it a point to have a small conversation each morning with the people in our shop that showed he cared about them and the people in their lives. I was enabled to develop and manage the worklist for our shop, and he would touch base with me every day and give me feedback regularly. If anyone in the shop ever needed to talk to him, he was always readily available, or made himself available quickly. He encompassed the ideal mentor that we all hope to work for. Based on the number of books and articles written about discovering lifetime goals, it appears that determining and setting goals must be difficult for most people – but it’s not difficult for me. My lifetime goals are to improve the well-being, quality of life, and happiness for my family, my fellow human beings, and myself. I want to realize the goals of lifelong learning and growth. I want to avoid debt and poverty, and to continue to be a productive member of society. My lifetime goals are broad and lofty, but to reach them takes goal setting on a smaller scale. A leader is someone that exerts extraordinary dedication to all of their responsibilities and they can also influence a group to have a common goal. Throughout my life, I have encountered the chance to experience many different positions of leadership. Being involved in many different school organizations taught me a lot about the leadership qualities that I didn’t know I had. I have been the leader of multiple school organizations, but I think my most important leadership role I have taken on has been being someone that people can look up to. I take everything that I do very seriously and many people respect that. Being a role model to underclassmen is very important to me because I can influence them to be successful and dedicated in all aspects of their lives. ohn C. Maxwell once said, “A leader is someone who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way.” Leadership is not a position, a title or being the boss, it’s about creating leaders amongst your followers. My point of view on leadership comes from a perfect example in the New Testament “Jesus Christ.” In Matthew 4:18-22, Jesus choose his first disciples. They had one thing in common, they were all fishermen (skills approach). Then, that strong foundation lead to the calling of those of a different character such as Matthew, who worked in Rome in the collection of Roman taxes and Simon the Zealot who was an ardent Jewish nationalist (Transformational Leadership). Next, throughout the new testament we see Jesus take every crisis head on

The goals are a personal investment of my time, commitment, and effort in planning for my future. My goals represent a clear path with a timeframe to achieve my goals, such as completing my bachelor’s degree, attending workshops for advancing my technological skills, and obtaining a higher level position in my current workplace or finding new employment.
