Our worldwide operations are aligned around a global strategy called the Plan to Win, which center on an exceptional customer experience – People, Products, Place, Price and Promotion. We are committed to continuously improving our operations and enhancing our customers' experience”. [1]
Obviously, customer is the core purpose as well as the reason for McDonald’s existence in society. McDonald's has continued to be a franchising company since 1955, and relied on its franchisees to operate and maintain its business. Today, the McDonald's franchise is the leading global food service retailer with more than 34,000 restaurants located in 118 countries serving over 69 million customers each day.

To be a franchisee, Good Day Hospitality Co. has to follow strictly rules, regulations or procedures of McDonald’s and at the same time this company is also responsible for adjusting or changing some features of its products or service to fit the tastes and needs of local customers.
