People use furniture every day; when you wake up in your bed in the morning, sit at a table to have breakfast, or relax on the couch after a long day, it is scattered all over your house. The market for this product can be a very interesting, and dependent market, especially in my area, Fort Myers, Florida (Southwest, Florida or SWFL).

Customer feedback – obtaining customer feedback is essential to the company. Without keeping up to date with our customers, we cant be sure that we are meeting their expectations. We will send out surveys via emails and post. Also we will send out regular brochures updating our customers of any changes that may benefit/effect them.
