On 10/13/2017 at about 0200 hours, I was on patrol in the1700 block of West Alexander road, when I witnessed a Hispanic male adult cross from the north side of Alexander to the South side of the Alexander, not in a marked cross walk.. I activated my over head lights and stopped the male for Jaywalking and identified the male as Salim Mazumder. I advised Mazumder I stopped him for Jaywalking and asked Mazumder why did he not use the cross walk. Mazumder acknowledged he understood why I was stopping him and did not give a reason for not using the cross walk. I conducted a wants and record check on Mazumder and found he had multiple active electronic Felony warrants from the Las Vegas Justice Court ranging from aggravated stalking, sexual assault,

On December 16, 2017, at approximately 1311 hours, I responded to 2660 N Orange Blossom Trail; Lot 48 in reference to a disturbance. Upon my arrival I made my contact with Pablo Joshua Soto (victim/complainant) who advised the following via verbal and a sworn written statement:
Deputy Martin returned to the vehicle stop location and was able to obtain vehicle driver information from the resident of 1500 Wooten Road, Larry Minchue. Mr. Minchue said the vehicle belonged to his wife and his stepson, Christopher Minchue, was the driver. Christopher Minchue, was found to have two felony Probation Revocation warrants. Deputy Martin will obtain warrant(s) for Christopher Minchue for fleeing.
On Wednesday, March 2th, 2016 at approximately 2024hours while driving a marked Midland Police vehicle and wearing a standard MPD issued uniform Officer Beltran and Officer Jimenez were dispatched to 509 S. Clay st in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival Officers made contact with a subject who was later identified as Jazmine Nicole Hyder(B/F/-DOB04/30/1994). Hyder, who was standing outside the residence located in the 503 block of South Clay told Officers that she was being chased by a subject with a gun, who was later identified as Khalid Mcmaryion(B/M-DOB03/20/1996). Hyder told Officers that Mcmaryion was inside his house located in 509 South Clay byhimself.

Garcia told Officer Jimenez that he did not remember ever seeing them before. On 02-23-18 at approximately 1700 hours, I was traveling north on Raymond Avenue approaching Bellevue Drive. I saw a male Hispanic, later identified as Suspect Ramon Richard Arvizu riding a bicycle west on Bellevue Drive at Edmondson Alley. I immediately recognized Arvizu from prior police contacts in the field.

At approximately 2155 hours Officer Nguyen #137 and I were leaving Koch Arena when we noticed a black male walking north along the east side of Koch Arena. The individual was matching the description of WPD's suspect in a domestic violence incident, wearing a black hoody, black pants, and red shoes. Officer Nguyen switched to WPD North to notify them we had an individual matching their suspect's description.

On Friday, August 07, 2015, at approximately 1304, I had just called my dispatch center to let them know I was on duty and dispatch advised they had just aired, over the police radio, an officer safety BOLO (Be on the lookout) for a male party, identified as James Michael Leigh, who currently had a warrant for his arrest, out of Durango Colorado, for homicide. According to Dispatch, James was heading north and his cell phone had been pinged just south of Ouray. On 10/2/16, at approximately 2115 hours, Officer Sailor #7661, and I, Officer Harrell #3441 were working uniformed patrol unit 3A21, driving a marked black and white police vehicle. We were conducting normal patrol when we received a radio call of possible drunk in public suspects at 287 Parke St. The comments of the call stated there were seven to eight Male Hispanics, drinking and smoking marijuana in the driveway of the apartment complex. The caller stated that only one subject lives there and the rest are soccer teammates.
