Personal Narrative Report

On Wednesday, March 2th, 2016 at approximately 2024hours while driving a marked Midland Police vehicle and wearing a standard MPD issued uniform Officer Beltran and Officer Jimenez were dispatched to 509 S. Clay st in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival Officers made contact with a subject who was later identified as Jazmine Nicole Hyder(B/F/-DOB04/30/1994). Hyder, who was standing outside the residence located in the 503 block of South Clay told Officers that she was being chased by a subject with a gun, who was later identified as Khalid Mcmaryion(B/M-DOB03/20/1996). Hyder told Officers that Mcmaryion was inside his house located in 509 South Clay byhimself.

Deputy Martin returned to the vehicle stop location and was able to obtain vehicle driver information from the resident of 1500 Wooten Road, Larry Minchue. Mr. Minchue said the vehicle belonged to his wife and his stepson, Christopher Minchue, was the driver. Christopher Minchue, was found to have two felony Probation Revocation warrants. Deputy Martin will obtain warrant(s) for Christopher Minchue for fleeing.

On Thursday, June 23rd, 2016 at approximately 2315 hrs while driving a Midland Police vehicle and wearing a standard issued MPD uniform Officer Jimenez was dispatched to 4201 Harlowe Dr. in reference to a Burglary of a Habitation. MPD Dispatch advised Officer Jimenez that complainant wanted to report that someone broke into his house and took several electronic items without his effective consent.

On 02-23-18 at approximately 1700 hours, I was traveling north on Raymond Avenue approaching Bellevue Drive. I saw a male Hispanic, later identified as Suspect Ramon Richard Arvizu riding a bicycle west on Bellevue Drive at Edmondson Alley. I immediately recognized Arvizu from prior police contacts in the field.

On Saturday February 24, 2018 at approximately 3:20 P.M. I was dispatched to the area of Rivergulf Rd, Port Richey FL in reference to a road rage incident involving white ford expedition along with officer Zabetka and Det. Russo.

On Thursday, August 31, 2017 at approximately 2232 hours, I was dispatched to a residence across the street from 2220 University St in reference of a suspicious person inside of a black truck. Upon arrival I spoke to the complainant Ms. Delisa Smothers. Ms. Smothers stated that at approximately 2230 hours, an unknown black male went inside her neighbor's truck located across the street at 2221 University street.

On 04/28/2018 at about 2301 hours, Officer Weist (P#2463) and I were dispatched to 62620 Hardgate Street in reference to a family disturbance.

Mr. Soto continued to advise he initially had an affair with Jerie’s wife a year ago, Christina Angomas. Mr. Soto and Jerie did have a prior incident where both parties got into a physical altercation, however, Mr. Soto did not report it because he thought the issue was resolved. Mr. Soto advised he was able to find Jeri’s full name and the other Hispanic male via Facebook and was able to provide it to me. The name for the other Hispanic male was Jobeth Jesus Nieves Salgado. Mr. Soto stated Jeri may possibly still reside in the Cascades Blvd apartments and could not provide an apartment number. Mr. Soto advised he was unsure of Jerie and Jobeth were brothers or cousins however they are somehow related. I was able to locate both Jeri and Jobeth in Spillman and I observed both names to be consistent with the information Mr. Soto provided to me. Mr. Soto was also able to provide the tag for the vehicle, FL tag Y83UBP, and upon conducting an FCIC/NCIC check it revealed it was registered to a Jerie Nieves Salgado. It also revealed it was a white 1992 Toyota and Jerie’s address was 2102 Cascades Blvd; Unit 207

On 05/07/2018 at about 2255 hours, I was dispatched to 113 Frad Ave in reference to a battery that had occurred.

On 11 SEP 15, I was working as Patrol unit 1L27. I was driving a fully marked OPD vehicle # 1243 and I was wearing full OPD wool uniforms.

Using department resources, it was discovered that Zacarias-Esteban had one outstanding misdemeanor warrant for H&S11377 – possession of methamphetamine, with a $40,000.00 bail.

Upon a check of the defendant's criminal history on eAgent, I discovered that he had multiple convictions for DWLSR W/ knowledge in both Pasco and Pinellas County FL.

On 11/12/2017 at about 1400 hours, I was dispatched to the area of Maple Pines Avenue in reference to a neighbor dispute and a person possibly armed with a firearm.

In an attempt to de-escalate the situation, I escorted Heredia to my police vehicle. While walking to the police vehicle, Heredia had trouble walking and lost his balance causing him to fall to the ground in the sitting position. I assisted Heredia to his feet and walked him to the police vehicle, and sat him in the rear seat.
