Serve as the Supervisory Operations Project Officer and advisor to the Project Manager (PM) and Deputy Project Manager (DPM) for Project Management, Current, System of Systems Integration (SOSI). Provide direction, assistance, and support for all operations, systems acquisition and logistics activities. Supervise twenty six civilian and contract technical staff personnel, including four subordinate team leaders of; Integrated Logistics Support (ILS,) Infrastructure (to include over 50,000 sq ft of office space and GSA fleet vehicles,) Information Technology, and an Integrated Motor Pool. Present and discuss subjects pertaining to mission accomplishment, installation and base support, and overall program health.
Prepare program documentation in support of the logistics life cycle. Staff and review correspondence and issues related to leaderships desires and guidance to the appropriate staff elements. Track and direct the overall daily schedule of events ensuring command intent is followed. Provide a Daily Significant Actions Review to leadership. Identify and resolve highly complex problems that cross divisional boundaries and disseminate appropriate solutions. Assess and provide strategic direction for resolution of mission critical problems, policies, and procedures. Develop and recommend courses of actions to improve operations of the directorate. Design, plan, and carry out major projects, programs and assignments as needed within the directorate.

Develop and oversee contractual development of contract requirements packages that total over $20M to include execution. Provide input and guidance for the Internal Operating Budget (IOB) to ensure that the program infrastructure and division needs are identified and met. Submit purchase orders for equipment used during vehicle integration, supplies, and services for administrative purposes, ensuring effective and efficient use of funds. Brief leadership on findings and recommendations. Participated on a Source Selection Review Board as a Technical Evaluation
