In my teaching practices the first important resource I use is the bible, it is accessible to all my learners because they have different kind of bible. There is the paper bible, the electronic bible and the bible that they can download on their phone or their laptop. It is very practical because each students can use the bible which is adapted to his needs. One of my student who has audition problem can use the audio bible with an headphones.
They also have access to paper book or online book. I always give them the opportunity to use the one they prefer. We work with online resources as well, as internet

Except for that last item, How to Read the Bible Book by Book by Gordon Fee and Douglas Stuart is very similar to those types of works, but the fact that it doesn’t spend time discussing academically oriented technical issues makes it extremely useful for both lay readers and pastors. Please don’t misunderstand: all evangelical pastors should know about and be able to defend scriptural authority in light of critical theories. As such, this book should not be the only reference work consulted by Bible readers and teachers. However, for many, this may be the first that would be consulted. By not focusing on critical theories, Fee and Stuart have provided a concise, readable volume that provides an overview of each Bible book that will be useful for beginners reading the Bible for the first time, as well as for teachers

Resources need to be appropriate for the learning outcomes and suitable for the learner’s needs or to be able to adapt it. A tutor also needs to consider if a resource is at the correct level of ability. Resources also need to be current and credible and of high quality.

The most effective method of differentiating is to ensure that resources and assessment methods, as well as teaching and learning approaches meet individual learner needs. According to Francis and Gould (2013) setting a single objective for a whole group will not be appropriate for all learners, due to the diversity of the group, therefore, as Gravells (2008) suggests we must identify the learning needs, styles, aspirations and potential of our learners. At this very stage, any barriers and boundaries should be identified, so the teaching and learning approaches, assessment methods and resources can be planned accordingly.

Admission statements/care plan will tell you about the resident, what there needs, likes and dislikes, family contact detail, medical history and generally their life history. This will enable staff to support the person in all the needs. The health and safety Act covers risk assessments for the person which can put procedures in place so the person can take risks but will be minimised to protect them from harm. This will let the person have the best quality of life, personal care, equality and safety and security. In my AO1 ‘caring for people with additional needs’ portfolio I am going to provide and clearly display in great detail information and understanding of three causes of additional needs. I will do this by researching a range of sources to get in dept information. Then I will provide an explanation with great content of the effects on people who are in need of these services due to their additional needs. Finally, I intend to record in depth and show understanding of each stage of the care management process and evaluate how it is used to access, plan, implement, monitor and review individual care plans.

A group of learners will be selected that I am currently teaching and relevant information about these learners will be provided along with some of the factors influencing (positively or negatively) their learning. An account will be given of the main features of one or more theories of learning, which seem to you to be relevant to these learners. As a result a scheme of work and lesson plans will be prepared and delivered.
