Successfully introducing new products or services into the market is vital to the long-term growth of a company (Kotler and Keller, 2009). All Eyez on Me is a men clothing store that sells clothing for the hip hop nation. As a new business it is important to know what the business is all about and what it hopes to achieve in the next five years for it to become successful. The store offers a variety of name brand clothing such as Maurice Malone, Rocka Wear, Bushi, Karl Kani, Phat Farm, Pelle-Pelle, etc. The products are casual name brand clothing that men love and enjoy wearing. To execute properly the company responsibilities the company will maintain a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics regarding: (a) conflicts of interest, (b) protection and proper use of All Eyez on Me assets, (c) fair dealing (d) confidentiality, (e) corporate opportunities, (f) compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and (g) such other matters as may be appropriate. The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics should promote the reporting of unethical or illegal behavior and promise quick and reliable action against violations of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Additionally, All Eyes on Me culture is based on three basic beliefs and values in which the store has obtained its success. First, respect for the individual, second, service to its customers, and third striving for excellence guided by the business strategy direction.
Organization’s Strategic Direction
Strategic planning will determine the direction and goals of All Eyez on Me.
The mission, vision, and values will guide All Eyez on Me strategic directions in achieving the business goals and objectives. All Eyez on Me main goals are to attract new customers and recommend opportunities across different channels to continue to deliver excellent customer service while focusing on its utmost priority, which is to increased store performance and productivity. Successful organizations develop both, short and long term goals focus on operational and financial strategies. This process needs constant evaluation in order to identify opportunities for growth. The goal of every healthcare facility should be to become a leader in the industry, attract high-quality staff and health experts, and establish cutting-edge services for the community. By reviewing current operational realities while working a market research enables the organization to develop strategy solutions to address environmental concerns.
Cambridge Behavioral Hospital currently uses a Change Theory. Strategy for most organizations is about change and focus. A firm strategy starts with knowing the external and internal forces that impact the organization’s ability to achieve its most important goals, and then steadily making the necessary changes to direct those forces. “A validation (or invalidation) of the strategic assumptions reinvigorates strategic thinking and provides a basis for investigating whether to change the strategy” (Swayne, Duncan & Ginter, 2008).
Aubrey Malphurs is the author of Advanced Strategic Planning and has written over two dozen ministry articles and books. Mr. Malphurs received a PhD in 1981 from Dallas Theological Seminary where he is senior professor of Educational Ministries and leadership and pastoral ministry, he is also the founder and president of the Malphurs Group where he serves as a trainer and consultant to various ministry organizations. Malphurs is a visionary leader committed to the call of equipping and inspiring others in the areas of church planting, leadership development and church growth.
Her success has recently come in 2011. My plan is to open a second sleep study in San Antonio, Texas. Roxanne will continue to manage the center in Corpus Christ and will help me virtually manage the San Antonio location. Because Roxanne has the information needed to model her sleep center it will be much easier to open up my own sleep evaluation center based on her proposal.
Comcast is the leading cable telecommunications and Entertainment Company in the industry. Their strengths lie in their products and the will to explore and improve with their services. They always continue to provide customers with new and improved services and continue to build on existing services. Comcast is the fourth largest cable company in the world and served customers in 39 states with over 24.7 million cable customers. (Comcast, 2008). The organization strategic plan consists of addressing clinical quality, growth, and becoming a larger part of the community, and providing long term value. The annual report states the following strategic goals (Bon Secours, 2012):
Children’s Resale Shop is a store for parents to purchase and sell quality children’s items. Just like any other organization Children’s Stop Resale Shop needs to have a vision, mission, and values in determining the strategic direction of the business. Developing the vision is important to know what direction the business is heading in. Laying out the guiding principles and values will assist in guiding the business in the correct directions. Children’s Stop Resale Shop will assist the community in becoming a better place by setting good examples.
Kudler fine foods is a premium food retailer whose business is primarily based on sales of bakery, meat, seafood, produce, dairy, and wine. It has ambitious plans but the tightening economy threatens its quality proposition and further expansion. A strategic focus on Kudler fine foods is to improve the level of convenience offered to customers. This strategy would enable its customers to buy more of what they want at Kudler fine foods. Strategic planning within a company is a tool used in companies that help mature areas in total quality management. This type of planning creates a cohesive management system for lower level employees to better adapt in. “Strategic planning determines where an organization is going over the next year or more and how it 's going to get there. Typically, the process is organization-wide, or focused on a major function such as a division, department or other major function”(McNamara, 2008). In order to plan effectively one must first make a clear assessment of the plan and have an analysis on the corporations mission statement and objective.
The apparel store industry within the USA is a highly competitive market, consisting of number of companies that are willing to fight for their share of the market. To remain afloat in this business, corporations must be highly innovative, price-conscious, knowing the trend, and with great responses to consumer needs. Each company within this industry must be aware of the competitors’ move, trying to match every trends and benefits offered by another, in order to steal the average consumers. Sivalry Clothing Company (SC2) is a street wear clothing brand for young boys based on that concept. The name Sivalry is a partnership between both the words sibling and rivalry. Based in Detroit, Michigan, the structure of the company is a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC); its owners are Chasity K. Armstrong and a silent partner. Coors Brewing Company is one of the most successful brewing company's in the United States. The organizations clear Mission Statement and Vision Statement assist the company in achieving their goal of being one of the most successful brewing companies in the world. In the following text, a review of the mission and vision statement of Coors Brewing Company will be discussed.
