Because when high level people like leader and the management level persons when they are participated actively in the work that will be more affective for the team and it is also an encouragement for all the employees those who are work in that team. I believe high level participation is very important in any organization and employee involvement is also important in the contemporary business environment. When all together works that effort will give success to any organization.
I believe that strategic planning gives success to any organization, the project manager should be responsible for all the project and he designed to make a progress towards strategic planning & objectives. For any organization planning and implementation are the two key points, if any company success on these two points definitely the organization will be succeed.
If the organization ignore the above points definitely they will face the failure. There are two reasons for the failure for the projects one is strategy development and another one is strategy deployment. The strategy development is the creating and establishment for an organization and the strategy deployment is the translation of strategic plans into actions and results.
