Taylor Swift is finally seen rapping in a new Apple ad, and enjoying it to the extent that she falls down on the treadmill when the next line reads, "Distractingly good. All the music you want," and she still keeps rapping after falling flat on the floor in the funny commercial. The pop star wears her perfect make-up and hair for the ad, as she sings to Future's "Jumpman." Then as she gets rapping, she gets distracted and whooo dangerously falls on the moving treadmill which throws her off to the floor. And then... she keeps singing. The video is titled Taylor vs. Treadmill This hilarious ad comes after Swift's famous incidence with Apple, when the company gave 90-month free streaming to customers, without thinking a tad about the singers.
In addition, Stacia Coates quotes “For years, they’ve allowed corporations to use their music in advertisements for cars, electronics, and jeans, among many other goods.” This shows, that Black Eye Peas just kept on doing many contract with endorsement to get well known and more money. Another, Coates quotes “At times, it’s not only necessary, but a smart way to make it in today’s music business.” Coates states that it’s better if they don’t decline offers when it comes to commercial advertise because they miss a great deal. Thus, my beliefs that performer should advertise by gaining
When the opening track from Taylor Swift’s album 1989 blares through my room my whole body electrifies with sound of pure creativity. The album cover is showered with Swift’s recognizable handwriting over a polaroid showing a timeless sweatshirt, most likely from the 80’s. Inside is filled with Swift’s crisp voice singing brilliantly written hooks about everything from love to insecurities to finding yourself in a world that has already defined you.In 1989, Swift somehow found a way to take her creativity to the next level, and since my brain tends to be a creative mess with ideas bubbling through constantly I fell in love with the uniqueness that flows from the speakers when I plug in 1989. As a creative person myself, listening to something
Over her 10 years of being in the music industry Taylor Swift has won 271 awards.
Recently, 24- year old country singer/popstar Taylor Swift released a music video “Shake it Off” which was I sort of introduction to her newest album 1989. The video received some backlash for it was seen by many as offensive, and stereotypical to African American Culture. In the video Swift dresses in what some may consider Hip Hop attire, attempts to “twerk” and even has a section where she partially sings as well as raps. She even uses talks about
The next commercial starts with a bear running through a forest until meeting what looks to most as a mountain man wearing a coon skin hat, fleece, and having bearded manly face. The bear runs away in fear when he notices the unworried man who is casually carrying an entire tree, defying physics. A song is played in the background of the ad talking about a man should be wild and free. In a manly fashion the mountaineer makes a bird call showing that he is master of nature as a bald eagle then brings him a diet Dr.

Just like Taylor Swift's song, it started off with a blank space, 5 blank spaces.
This commercial is using an emotional appeal due to the humor. Also, this is a testimony by a popular music artist that she uses Apple Music. I do believe that this had an effective message because the humor really appealed to the youth masses. This commercial went viral within hours. Really what better publicity can you
In the commercial we see Kendall Jenner in a middle of a photo shoot during an unknown protest. It is unclear what the protesters are marching for but we see signs and symbols with peace and love. We can see that Pepsi used pathos to try and get there point across. They used music and the group of protesters working together marching in what they believe in, to appeal to the emotional side of their audience. Jenner stops her photoshoot after a young man courage her to join the march. She rips off her blonde wig, wipes of her lipstick, grabbed a can of Pepsi
Vicks NyQuil (15 seconds) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hZNycdv_LU8 This commercial is promoting Vicks NyQuil medicine. The commercial opens with a man who is coughing. The man opens a door and says, “Dave, I am sorry to interrupt. I got to take a sick day tomorrow” (Vicks, 2015).
The commercial begins with men marching mindlessly in sync, wearing grey clothes and all looking alike, they represent the computer world as it was. These men march into a room with a massive screen displaying a man speaking in an intimidating tone, again in gray and blue tones. The men all sit and watch as the screen drones on, and then you see a woman dressed in color run into the room, holding a sledgehammer. The viewer knows that she is not supposed to be there by the armed guards running after her, but she doesn’t stop running. She continues until she is in the middle of the room, and swings her sledgehammer into the screen, causing an explosion and the screen comes down. Then, the camera pans over the men, looking
As the 20th Anniversary of ESSENCE MUSIC FESTIVAL approached, Time, Inc. and ESSENCE Communications wanted to try something different with the 2013th edition of one of the nation’s most attended annual events.
Justin Timberlake, one of the most popular recording artists today, filmed a commercial for McDonald's. A spokeswoman for McDonald's said "the campaign is getting "buzz on the street." The song he sings in the commercial was also to be released as a full length single (MacArthur, 2003, p. 2).
However, teenagers (especially at Justin’s age) are hard to believe that they are usually brand loyal. If a more matured celebrity (approx. at the age of 20-25) gave their experience of how "Proactive” improved their skin during their teenage life, the ad would have been more trustworthy.
Popular pop star Taylor Swift is facing a Sh4.2 billion lawsuit for allegedly stealing lyrics to her song Shake It Off.
