The determination of the requirements for this system is a key part in the development of the Frequent Shopper Program (FSP). There are many methods that can be used to properly determine the requirements needed for an efficient system. These can range from simple observation of current processes and interviews with employees and management, to Joint Application Design (JAD) procedures.
The NYD Vehicle Unit is responsible for the annual acquisition of Official Government Vehicles (OGV’s). I am responsible for compiling an inventory of all existing OGV’s in the division and all nine Resident Offices and identify the conditions, mileage and the repair history for each vehicle. The selection of the vehicles are made by determining the needs of each office, the upstate office will require SUV’s and due to the harsh weather conditions and other offices will require efficiency vehicles more suited for city driving.
As research advances in finding answers and treatment for diseases, the process of obtaining a patient’s informed consent becomes more detailed required. The informed consent is known as the cornerstone of Good Clinical Practice for ensuring patient safety. In a normal clinical paced environment, time is given to ensure patients are provided all the required information and the time to make a rational and voluntary decision to participate in a study. At times this process is not feasible do to emergency situations, such as when a patient arrives in the emergency room in a compromised mental and physical state that does not permit ample time for this process. Such cases
The completion of the Applied Fields group project was a complete success. Coordination throughout the weeks before the due date was top-notch, compared to any group project that has come my way. Each student was engaged with their section each individual was to complete and spoke to each other with a great level of respect.
After getting started in the company and performing and tasking with the co-workers, My next step will be Monitoring and Controlling the project. Monitoring includes collecting, measuring and defining the project management plan. Monitoring and Controlling is something that current status of your project after Initiation, planning and execution. In this period I will have to translate the project execution data form the gathering requirements to the client needs.

Vehicle quality: In this department there are series of test involved to check the vehicle quality and 100% of the units are sent through this process. Sophisticated features such as adaptive cruise control, line spot monitoring, forward collusion warning and lane change monitoring systems are adjusted and verified first. Then, the unit receives a static wheel alignment and the headlights are adjusted. The unit is driven on a dynamometer which checks engine and transmission functions, cruise control and the anti-lock braking system. After that, the unit is sent through a shower testing booth to check for water leaks and driven on a test tracks, testing various roads surfaces. Additional examinations will take place to confirm quality before the vehicle is transported to the dealership.

When trying to decide what I would focus on for an Applied Project I found myself struggling at first. I was concerned that the needs of my classroom, due to my current situation, might not meet the criteria of the project. I started a new position this school year at The Collaborative School (a special-purpose private school), a division of the nonprofit Maine Special Education/Mental Health Collaborative (MSE/MHC). The school provides day treatment services for children in grades K-12 who have been referred through the IEP process conducted by the student’s home school district. This year I took the position teaching in the middle school program working primarily with 7th and 8th grade students. I would have a caseload of 11 students with the help and support of 6 Behavioral Health Professionals and a full-time social worker. Coming from a public school day treatment program I had a similar caseload with 1 fulltime and 1 part-time Ed Tech and a part-time social worker. Initially the number of supports and program structure seemed like a dream come true. I assumed I would have more time to focus on teaching and supporting the learning of my students. I learned quickly that a multi-level, self-contained, special education class that is part of a special-purpose private school doesn’t run like a typical special education classroom.
The project execution phase of the Project Management Lifecycle is exactly where the work gets done. This is the third phase of the project management life cycle, after Initiation and planning phase project enter into execution phase. In this phase literally project get start to build. Whether it is the building house of a project, changing a process project, or anything kind of project in between, where we can say that the work has begun.
We have analyzed the current state of the portfolio of projects, what kind of metrics are currently being collected, and how the collected metrics are being presented to PPM. We 've also analyzed whether PPMs are able to garner what they need to know to make business decisions. Based on the analysis, we have proposed a new set of metrics that need to be collected from the project teams and new ways of reporting them to the PPM.
