Abstract:

When we talk about brand, many people will think it's just a noun, or a label to attract others, in my mind, it can be a person too. Nowadays, an increasing number of people establish their own brands by personal influence. They take it for granted that NY, PARIS and LONDON are the hub of the fashion. Most people are fanatical about some foreign luxurious brands, chasing some fashion shows and designs of many celebrated designers. Such as, Karl Lagerfeld. Most of people think he is the fashion king and respective of trend.

Creating a brand is not simple to build, and it needs a long-term and striving progress, so what I should do is dividing four five-year plans:
First (five-year): hone myself in every aspect, and aim to accumulate much inspiration in fashion and human resources.
Second (ten-year): becoming the leader of civil designers, and aim to make more and more people love our home productions.

It also requires a high demand of personal qualities, which is as important to products to a company. Only with a high quality of product, could my brand catch public’s attention. Thus I need to have a better understanding of both the eastern culture and the western culture, and have them combined in my brand.
Accumulating interpersonal resources in the clothing industry: Firstly, I could participate in more famous designing competitions, which can increase my experience and catch the public’s attention. In this way could help people to know more about me and increase my exposure rate. Through the process of taking part in fashion activities, I could also know more friends and clients, which would accumulate my interpersonal resources and improve the influence of my brand.
Competing and collaborating with strong rivals: The booming market economy offers more space for marketers to apply their capacities. Besides my own abilities, the best way to build a well-known brand is to learn more experience from predecessors. For example, I could learn their charming characteristics and excellent qualities. There are also precious treasures, which I need to seek from their personal skills, such as how to interact with other people and how to deal with their interpersonal relationships.
